Company founder focused on special import projects. A former IDPA/USPSA competitor and as an instructor, Doug focuses on the fundamentals and shares knowledge for CQB, self-defense, Tactical Competition and Night Vision.

Outside of the firearms industry, Doug is a business management consultant with clients like Costco, Starbucks, T-Mobile and Microsoft. In his free time, he volunteers at the local animal shelter.

Gai Cole
Brings many years of military and civilian experience in firearms training and employment as well as emergency management and crisis response. He has extensive experience collaborating with and providing training and resources to foreign governments, nongovernmental organizations and U.S. federal agencies. Also provides The PEW Group expertise in planning, synchronizing, and training for complex contingency operations.

Formerly Heckler & Koch's social media girl (we joke). Alex is also an avid traveler who can found in most major airports jetting around the world.
